NYC is a city of umbrellas.
Crowds fighting past one another jostling their rain stoppers.
Couples crowded under umbrellas for one.
Families toting golf umbrellas for five.
Droves escaping from the subway, buying $1 umbrellas for $20 on the stairs, only to lose them to the wind on the next block.
